Welcome to MeijinPro. We support a group of professional craftsmen that have come together to provide affordable quality services by locals for locals. Our network is open to each other so we are extra picky with who we bring to our team, and everyone on our team has an obligation to mentor the positive and professional customer support every client deserves.
MeijinPro is the hub where the project information is reported and shared. Because everyone has a slightly different need MeijinPro was to created to provide a simple way of capturing the complex details of a project and providing reports that would benefit the different participants appropriately. There are three distinct roles that determine the level of interaction within MeijinPro:
- Guest – People who login as a Guest would be crew members or subs. They can see the active project list with content pertinent to their participation (maps, pictures, project tasks, etc.).
- Meijin – People who login as a Meijin are the professionals that make the MeijinPro family special. They have access to all past and present projects with detailed information and job notes.
- Admin – People who login as Admin are those that take the field information and process the various reports and documents. These are the scribes that ensure the consistent professional flow of information stays true and accurate.
You will quickly find MeijinPro is simple and lightweight enough that anyone can do it in the flow of the day with minimal attention. It is also powerful enough for one person to accurately capture larger team efforts.
- Start with a paper system and work your way up to fully automated detailed reporting.
- Light enough for the self employed to hit the ground running with immediate results.
- Deep enough to support work force level reporting tracking team efforts to the individual level.

What does Meijin mean?
Meijin is a Japanese word made of two Kanji characters. Kanji is used because with Kanji you don’t need a logo. With Kanji every character has a story and a meaning behind it. To be Meijin is to be recognized for how you walk the walk.
The first Kanji reads Mei (pronounced like May). It means to master a craft or be an expert.
The second Kanji, Jin means a person. People at the top of their craft in Japan are often given Meijin as a title.
Pro is short for Professionals, which implies the humility and patience of the journey. We are students first, mentors second, and grateful always… but we never stop trying to raise the bar.
